Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which PATHFINDER DMCC ("Hearty", "we", "us", "our") processes refund requests for Subscription purchases made through various platforms. By purchasing a Subscription to the Hearty App, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms set forth below.

1. Website and Google Play Store Purchases

For Subscriptions purchased directly through our website or through the Google Play Store, the following refund terms apply:

Standard Refund Window

You are entitled to a full refund of the most recent Subscription charge provided that your refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the charge was processed. Refund requests submitted within this period will be honored without requiring additional justification.

Requests Beyond the Standard Refund Window

Refund requests submitted after the fourteen (14) day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Such requests will be subject to human review, and we may take into account factors including, but not limited to, the circumstances of the request, your account usage history, and the time elapsed since the charge was processed. We reserve the right to approve or deny any such request following our review.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at support@pathfinder.vision. Please include the email address associated with your account and any relevant transaction details to help us process your request promptly.

2. Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased your Subscription through the Apple App Store, all billing, payment processing, and refund handling is managed exclusively by Apple Inc. We do not have the ability to issue refunds or modify transactions for purchases made through the App Store.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase, you must submit your request directly to Apple through their standard refund process. Refund eligibility, approval, and processing are subject to Apple's applicable policies and are determined solely at Apple's discretion.

3. General Provisions

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Upon issuance of a refund, your access to paid features of the Hearty App will be revoked at the end of the current billing period or immediately, as applicable.
  • This Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
